Sounds like your crashing. I take a spilt dose of Xaggitin XL MR. I take 36mg in the morning and 2x 18mg in the afternoon around 1/2pm (so I can adjust as required). It wears off around 7pm and I get a wave of unbelievable tiredness. As it wears off my mind gets busy, I get overstimulated and often go a bit mute at night, however it is bearable.
