When quoting a home , you have to know all the products you will be installing for the finish.... NOW. When pricing the job would be the best time. This allows the fairest quote. The less info I'm provided to price a home for a client. That indicates to me, how the job will be run. Then I price accordingly. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Almost like a "know thy enemy" mentality, with the enemy not really being an "enemy" by definition. Some people get that correlation. Quoting is like an #auction, but its not. Most people who have never been to a LIVE auction, are usually awe'd by the Auctioneer himself. They do it pretty quick. But we can understand them. So why be in awe? I mean who buys something and they have no clue what they just paid ? I've never heard a female rattling off at an auction.
