My daughter also had torticollis and she did PT and I took her to the chiropractor and all they did was stretches and it helped her so much! I also had a pillow I kept in her car seat so it would keep her head straight.

One of my kiddos had this also…we changed his car seat to the other side of the car so he had to look the other direction to see his siblings along with switching around his bassinet so he had to look the other way to see me…definitely still need therapy, but was a big help in him stretching his muscles a bit!
