Def not projects. Apts go for like $4000 a month if not more. They have their own security and their own ice rink in the winter. Celebs lived there and I seen quite a few

I live here, it is completely not the projects at all, it’s a nice little neighborhood but they layout is similar, it’s just family’s, kids, old people, very nice I love it

i grew up here, my grandmother was one of the first black families to move in. tbh it wasn’t that bad, moderately diverse and actually very safe and chill. but this is in the 2010s so i can’t speak for anything before that

These buildings were designed by Robert Moses. He also designed Parkchester in The Bronx. Both are similar designs!
