Brother I was a D1 cross/track runner and I wish I had your videos in college lol, I’ve learned so much from you since I’ve gotten back into running and I’ve seen such a difference in my training since I’ve incorporated everything in your vids 🫡

Just a suggestion: include the metric (km, g, etc) in the subtitles for your non-American viewers. Love your videos btw. Shout-out from Malaysia.

I could never drink that much. My long runs last year prior to my marathon were 20 miles and I definitely didn’t drink that much and still had major stomach issues with feeling sloshy. 😂

Any shot you could go over how you lift and run? I feel like hitting a heavy leg day or even heavy push day greatly impacts my running and I wanna know how I can best balance the two. Thank you 🙏

Helpful thank you! Is it proportional to time? Eg Do you just double it for 2 hours? Or 1.5x for 1.5 hours? Etc?

Please start a podcast. Seriously. My first marathon Saturday I bonked a bit and I’m sure it was a fuel/hydration issue 🤣.

Now explain this like I’m 5 🤣😂 I just know that since I started running with my hand held water bottle with electrolytes I’m able to run LONGER with a lower HR. No cramps. THANK GOD

I’ve always been cautious on sodium intake due to potential increase in blood pressure & feel like I’ve not been taking enough sodium in because of that. Any insight / comments?

Important question: what would you suggest for people who fast during the Ramadan (between sunrise and sunset with no food neither liquid)? Ex. During the spring season?

Is this amount what you drink during a run? Would it not matter how much you drank/sodium intake before you ran?
