what if you have maybe 20 atypical moles? should they all be removed? or jist accept that your skin is like that and get it checked frquently?

My SO had a mole removed because he didn’t like how it looked. The derm said that it looked benign but she would remove it and test it if he wants. Luckily he requested it because it was precancerous. It now has us both worried that they are missing precancerous moles.

I think I have the same one on my butt area. It feels itchy but not super itchy. And I feel it 2x only. But last week it looks like there’s a peeling. But its ok now. Should I go to the doctor?
