1000% factual…. AND THEY ALL THINK THEY OWN US. J tell redidents, students, and people when im asked to speak to conferences and societies. Nothing happens without a picture and or lab. Once you break it down to them they tend to be more appreciative of us.

We hate the bill when you are not in network with our insurance when our in network doctor sent us to our in network hospital for the testing to be done. We also hate getting a bill when someone says "hello" to us.

Pfft. You ain't got nothing on I.T. network issue? Whole hospital is pissed. PACS down? All imaging slows to a crawl. PC slow? Nurses lose their mind. You get the idea.
