I'm sorry but as a European, all these things like "German nose" "Scandinavian nose" etc aren't real. You see these nose shapes all over Europe and trying to trace them back to a certain group borders on phrenology.

This is why anthropologists often combine Allen’s Rule with what’s called the Nasal Climate Hypothesis, which shows that narrower, longer noses evolved to warm and humidify cold, dry air, while broader noses evolved for efficient airflow and heat dissipation in hot, humid climates. (I’m an evolutionary biologist and I’d be happy to answer more!)
