@taylorfranke02: For context, my toddler did not want to go brush her teeth so I gave her two warnings before taking away ms Rachel. That is why she threw a tantrum. My two year old has such big feelings but we are working on navigating them together ♥️🥹 #toddlertips #toddlertantrums #momlife #MomsofTikTok #toddlersoftiktok
Okay I know this is not funny but the way toddlers throw themselves onto the floor for tantrums takes me out

Behavior Supports Programmer here... I'm seeing a lot of negative comments about ignoring the tantrum. I think it's important to recognize ignoring the behavior is different than ignoring the child. The child's emotional needs are clearly being met and she is being supported to regulate without reinforcing the undesired behavior. great technique 💕

Thank you! I feel bad that I “ignore” the tantrum but at the same time, girl do you and let me know when you ready to take a breath 😂

The tantrums are killing me. She hits me and pulls my hair too. I can’t seem to get her to stop. If I walk away she will run towards me.

The little click 🥺 it's hard for them to navigate feelings by themselves and it's so nice to see that you are teaching her to listen but that you also care!
