I don’t know why cops lie like that, but the boy didn’t charge at the cops. He ran towards his mom because he didn’t know what was going on. That’s probably what he meant. He’s wondering why they’re manhandling his mama and why she’s screaming. The charger is small hold, especially when they watch the videos. They’re gonna see that the officer stood in front of him, and then body slammed him and dragged him to the floor. She’ll let most get a misdemeanor. That’ll get off her record quickly.
