you want a bit of a deeper squat if you are able. try to keep your posture straight and put on the wrist straps. if you want a real challenge start with just wrist then move to full arm

from what I have seen they say you need to bounce gently at your knees to get the full effect. I'm not rope expert, I just have watch alot of people teaching how to use them before I make the purchase. now that you have them, I have to get me some!!
