I switched to estrogen injections. GAME CHANGER. You don’t have to mess with patches, absorption. I was using high dose of transdermal and couldn’t absorb anything through the skin. I switched to injections and the heavens opened, lol.

sorry I'm blowing up your comments lol I'm so desperate to feel better! It's too bad they don't have a testosterone and progesterone tracker. I'm so sensitive to progesterone too. also fluctuations in testosterone.

Where did you find a provider? I am in RI and can not find a provider who takes insurance and has peri/menopause knowledge. The ones who do are concierge with $400 initial assessment and $200 month membership. I am so frustrated.

This is so helpful to hear, but omg being a woman right now is exhausting. There is so much to juggle with this, and I was ok and then suddenly needed to up my dosage of all (presumably my body started producing less) I think I will start tracking. Thank you

It’s so wild how different patches affect us differently. Dotti kept my level so low, I couldn’t do it. Mylan broke me out, Sandoz seems to work okay.

Thank you!! 🙏❤ I am a 3 day as well and was contemplating adding a half patch. For some reason my dr has me taking progesterone every day even though I have regular periods. As soon as I take it I cry within 30 min. So now gonna try on then off.

May I ask who your provider is? My cycle was predictable. I went on HRT,continuous and have had spotting, multiple changes. Never suggested cycling it, I need a new provider. I believe we r in the same area. Your provider sounds attentive.

I am 55 and I need help! I tried the HRT pellets, I felt great but that cost $900 for 3 months and insurance did not cover. I feel like I just keep looking and feeling older without Estrogen!

I’m on almost the same doses as you except I’m not on testosterone yet. The biggest game changer for me recently was going from 100 to 200 mg of progesterone daily. On 100 I am so much more anxious and don’t sleep well. My mood is so much better on 200mg
