@shaynateresetaylor: I care about treating my body with honesty. Feeding it what makes me feel alive. Letting go of the things that drain me. Listening when it whispers instead of waiting until it screams. But the moment I start spiraling into criticism or micromanaging every little thing… I pause. I breathe. I come back to living. Because what’s the point of having the “perfect routine” if you forget to enjoy the life it’s supposed to support? What’s the point of taking care of yourself if you never soften long enough to feel cared for? I’m learning that my body doesn’t need a stricter version of me. It needs a kinder one. A present one. A woman who knows that loving herself is the most healing thing she can offer. At the end of the day, none of the tiny imperfections matter if you miss the moments that do.
