But this is true. I don’t eat after 5 and immediately, I felt better, no more acid reflux and sleep better.

My hormones are happy every time I eat at night. The only thing that it doesn’t go well with my body is the electricity and the EMF pollution if people want to be able to look into EMF solution that it is online available people will know whether their illnesses is coming from have a great day.

🙏🙏🙏 I needed this advice because I never could eat my last meal before 5pm. But your update is better because I can do the 2 - 3 hrs before bed easily than the last meal at 5pm Thank you for helping a new with a new routine.👍👍👍
