Starbucks changed their policy on free water!! They had so many people going to their stores simply for free water, because of that they changed their policy. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a customer, not that serious. I would’ve just bought something orrr walked away and took the L. Customers are NOT always right!!

I wouldn’t expect any business to give me a free cup of water if I wasn’t purchasing something right then. Being a customer in the past doesn’t entitle me to free water whenever I want. Their cups cost them money. In Penn station, there are so many eateries and even Walgreens, go buy a water. Expecting free water from Starbucks whenever you want is wild to me.
