idk why the comments are full of climate deniers trying to gaslight you, this is not normal!!! the first snow usually happens in September and then snows consistently after that!! like that's why we don't really have fall colors, we get the yellow trees for a few weeks and by the end of September trees should be bare. Halloween there was always snow on the ground. we had snow days during the fall semester. the fact that there are zero snow capped mountains right now and the skyline from Denver looks as if it's the middle of July is concerning as hell

You guys may remember different, but growing up we never even got our skis out till Thanksgiving. The resorts are constantly pushing the season boundaries.

I grew up on the west slope and would go skiing at powderhorn for my November birthday many years. this is NOT normal. but hey at least the oligarchs are making record profits

No this is not normal. The only reason skis were out so late is because rules and seasons were different. We had snow every Halloween and the last 4 years it’s been dry. This is not normal.

I’ve lived and skied in Colorado my whole life. When Id trick or treat, there was snow on the ground. When I ate thanksgiving there was snow on the ground and I had already been skiing.
