@kristenmilauckas: It hasn’t been perfect but I can say with almost 100% certainty that this has been my calmest luteal phase since having kids. I’m not taking on a bunch of habits at once. I’m not working on my yelling while also trying a new routine, while also cooking 7 home cooked dinners a week, etc. My main focus is my yelling.
