I feel both sides are in the wrong here. Yes it's kinda weird for the dude (for whatever reasons) sleeps with his pants down. Whether the door was open or not I won't say anything about until proven. But I think the man got charged with Indecent exposure but the doordash girl (by law) was more wrong for posting the Video without consent and unlawful surveillance.

I could be wrong but I heard he was at the bar before hand and he was drunk.now I been drunk and got food and passed out before eating it. And it been times I forgot to close my door all the way. So it is possible he order food and forgot all about it and fell asleep on his sofa. The only thing I don’t understand is why his pants was down. But she 100% wrong for what she did
