In Mn we r told not to clock in until we see how many patients we were assigned and if its unsafe we do not clock in we do not take report..we are to call the Don and let them know that we will not be clocking in or working due to unsafe ratios.

I’ll be a new grad soon and I wish I could actually ask this at the end of my interviews when they say, “do you have any questions for us?” I wish I could say, “Why yes. I ever feel the need to report someone for unethical behavior will I be retaliated against?” That’s probably frowned upon. 😂
