Metacognition is innate. Applied metacognition is what you’re referring too. If humans didn’t naturally have this ability we wouldn’t exist

not just for self reflect.. i also used metacognition to learn new skill.. like chess.. so in just 2weeks i can play well but not master.. and market analyst.. in a few days i can do technical analysist and its was right.. but i need to improve market analyst skill so i can do sharp entry.. prediction for next directions..
