Is this grain from over seas or is it American wheat berries? The reason the wheat bothers people is in the 50’s America altered the wheat to produce more and resist drought. I’m looking for berries that come from Europe. Thanks

I make my own bread, not flour lol, and the kitchenaid works great. Just an FYI. And I buy imported Italian flour and it’s soft wheat. It makes great bread loaves. I am interested in the milling for the future though.
