I can understand stacked plates being concerning. but if you think about it, the plates are stored in stacks. whatever germs might be on the bottom of the other plate, is already on your plate. and from someone who worked in some pretty nice restaurants, this shit is the least of your worries.

I’m sorry the people complaining about the plates.. they have been doing it for years. I’m sure you have eaten a lot worse in your lifetime. I can only imagine what half the peoples houses look like… that place is always busy and sooo goood! I’m sure they will manage without you going there 🥰
