Add a quarter cup of flour pour it directly into the pie plate and it’s an impossible quiche. No need for the pie shell.

Love it. My go to is 4 or 5 eggs, 1 c cheese and 1 c meat of choice and 1 c cream. Cook 350 45 min perfect every time!

I use heavy cream instead of milk, same ratio, but I do it for 15 minutes at 4:25 and then I drop it down to 325 for 35 minutes comes out perfect every time

Putting the vegetables & the cheese on the bottom of the pie crust and pouring the eggs and cream mixture over.. makes for a richer filling...much less dry..fyi😊

Try 6 eggs and no cream, use mayo 1/2 cup minimum and any meat or veggies and the cheese, I like frozen spinach too

I make my quiche with six eggs and a half a cup of half-and-half or heavy cream and add whatever you want in it bake 375 for 38 to 40 minutes. Use a toothpick simple basic quiche recipe.
