Closing when prepared food runs out feels counterintuitive for a grocery store and sends a confusing signal about what the space represents. You’re a market, not a restaurant, and many of us just want to stop by and see the space. Keeping the doors open regardless of prepared-food inventory would feel more consistent with that identity. I think it was a bad decision to make.

Dominique ansel did not close the store when they ran out of cronuts at the beginning of their craze. They simply put a sign saying unavailable! Forces people to try the other products that are sitting. Stay open! 🎉

Idea.. for now you can open split hours. Something like 11-3 full store and 5-8 groceries only (no hot foods and closed cafe). That gives you two hours to reset the store and assess what’s needed for the next day. Also gives your kitchen time to start on necessary prep/cooking. Also gives your customers clear expectations for shopping and the locals a chance to enjoy the grocery part post work hours.

Stephanie Watson, 35, was charged after reports were made about footage of the alleged incident being circulated on social media. Members of the public reported the clips to police and an investigation was launched. Watson, of Lanark, faces allegations she had an 'unnatural connection' with a dog at an address in Bellshill between June and December 2024. Graphic footage shows the webcam model on a bed wearing a pink crop top with a grey Xl Bully type dog and committing sexual acts on the dog including full sexual intetcourse and oral sex acts. There appears to have been at least 10 videos recorded and shared for beastiality perverts who were paying money to view the sex acts on live stream It is claimed she committed the alleged offence while on four separate bail orders. Watson was not present when the case called at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Tuesday (May 12). Her lawyer had written to the court asking for a new date to be set to allow them to receive further instructions from her. Depute fiscal Daniel Toner told the brief hearing:

Watson has made no plea to the allegation against her. Sheriff John Hamilton KC continued the case without plea until another hearing next month In 2019, Watson avoided prison after using stolen credit cards to fund a £7,000 surgery for a 'designer vagina' She was ordered to perform 200 hours unpaid work and pay £770 compensation for the scam at Edinburgh Sheriff Court. However the next day she was back in court again to face sentencing for driving under the influence and dangerous driving, as well as assault. And previous to that, Watson admitted going on an additional £5,000 spending spree with the fake and stolen credit cards across Glasgow and the county of Lanarkshire.
