from what the police report said he was at the bar the night before so my guess is he was probably wasted the night before(someone drove him home maybe, unless it's like right next door, unless he was just exhausted in general and didn't drink) and out cold. he probably tried to close the door because he was too tired but didn't fully close it, probably tried to get out of his clothes to put on night clothes but passed out from being tired. he woke up, dazed, so he's like I need food, and doordashed some food, probably not thinking or remembering what he did before he passed out, ordered the food, left "leave at door" and went back to sleep. my guess is girl saw an opportunity to make money by abusing the victim card and how the system favors women to get a lot of money off of false claims, but backfired immediately. either way, bro is in his own home and he can do whatever tf he wants and sometimes some people forget to fully close the door when they're too tired to think. I've.....done that once or twice when I was just dead exhausted
