Mmm he could buy a couple of multi home properties and rent them out…in the southern states they are very cheap…less than 100k…especially the duplexes…small reno job could command 1-1500 in rent. He could purchase a few more of those as there are plenty especially in small college towns in the south. He could live off the profit from that having barely dipped into his 1 million dollars. It could definitely change his life if he knows where to put it. Can’t tell someone not to if it’ll help that much.
