Obviously a great old mosque. But it’s preposterous to claim the mosque was first constructed during the lifetime of the Prophet. Islam had not yet spread beyond the Arabian peninsula during that period.

I was there last year, and that was the only masjid I prayed in during my entire stay. I really miss that place and the restaurant in front of it.🥰
