people dont have the responsability of taking care of someone elses lives, they are in their right of living as they like without having to give to others even if they are in need, this is not evil, they have riches because they worked in some way for it, thus its not their fault if others lack what they have the most, thats a problem the system that rewards people have or a problem these people themselves have in life to a personal level, because maybe u can change someones life with a bit of help, but for how long? it doesnt solve the main problem, why are they in need/poor? and how can they solve it?, giving to those in need for a moment its no different to feeding a dog without taking complete care of them, they get to live for another day, just so they can get to starve for longer, its pointless, also if evil is human nature then being unable to overcome it is not evil entirely, then morals is just a set of rules that try to go against whats actually human, thus the real evil being anything that comes from weakness, if people have a moral responsability of helping others if they can, then even if you help others you are still evil, because choosing to help someone means to not help someone else that might need that help as much or even more than them, because help is limitated to those you choose to save, i get that u have to help people if u can, but if u talk of this as moral responsability then morals might just be wrong and a contradiction, being someones hero could mean being someone elses villain
