As a fine hair girlie, if you have bleached hair you absolutely need repair products (protein), but the key is to alternate with hydrating products. Also, a trick I learned is applying a conditioner barrier before washing my hair, that way it would prevent the cuticle from swelling, so it prevents breakage.

I used to work for a skin care company 10 years ago and literally asked them to add their hyaluronic acid into a hair product for fine hair and they laughed at me 😅

Thank u bby! Finally something for us thin hair girls, just a protip for a K18 conditioner, you can use others conditioner after it, its just really important you wait 4 minutes, that when the ingredients in it penetrates our hair and when we add something else straight away it can interfere with peptides and brake them down making it ineffective

It is not recommended to put pure rosemary oil directly on the scalp unless it's mixed with a carrier oil or a few drops put in shampoo. 🙂
