There was plenty of evidence that the man was not a thief. There was no forced entry, broken windows. There was no call that an alarm was set off. The patrons weren't hiding, the lights were on. The store wasn't ransacked. It is not the man's job to help them or provide proof for their investigation. These officers profiled him. The end.
