Good job from the GM of this facility. He handled this auditor exactly as it should be done. You have no expectation of privacy in public areas; anything that can be seen from a public place can be filmed. If you expect privacy in public, you have to create a form of covering everything you expect to remain private. Anything you're able to see with your eyes from a public area, then you may also record it. A camera is considered an extension of myself, and you cannot be refused this right while in all public areas. Yes, all government facilities are public and are allowed to be filmed from any public areas around. Even private property can be filmed from public areas, such as public easements and rights-of-way. Your Constitutional rights are like muscles, and if you don’t exercise them, you'll lose them. We the People will lose them, and especially now, we need to stand up for all of our rights as American citizens, as many of our rights are being stripped away as we speak. So typically, I don't always 100% agree with these videos/audits. I do believe in all of our Constitutional Rights being protected and honored before they're taken away one at a time, and We the People as a whole should be exercising all of our freedoms and rights as much as possible to prevent them from being dismantled one at a time. If they're taken away, we wouldn't have any of our freedom as designed by the U.S. Constitution! We have to stand up for what's ours before we completely lose our rights and democracy.
