Stamina wise, try learn the egg beater. Once u familiarize it’s motion. U won’t even feel that you’re doing it. And for god’s sake you’ll learn how to swim anyway. Just swim and swim everyday

you don't need to do the flutter that fast to stay afloat 🤦🏻♀️I do it all the time in slow drags and small rotation of the hands and forearm it's not that hard
