The disables work and serve their purpose, but essentially you're putting a bandaid on it.. its VERY well worth the money, if you can do it, to do a full AFM/DOD delete. My 2014 6.2 has it and i get a solid 20 to 21 doing 80mph. These do work great for the budget friendly circumstances tho!

im in the balance between getting the 5.3 or the turbomax 2.7. I hate the afm im putting a 3rd Gen 6.0 in my 09 yukon next month to avoid it.

I get 21 mpg on the highway in my old 2006 Silverado crew cab 5.3. AFM seems not that helpful.

I put a pulsar in my 2019 5.3 on 6in lift 35in tires got 23mpg after. Just got a 25 5.3 with pulsar and I get 33 completely stock no lift

when I disabled the arm in my 6.2 my mpg went from 16ish down to 11ish. I'll take my chances
