I'm chronically ill and AuDHD. Too much of my time is spent unable to concentrate on anything. I want to finish another book cover drawing, but can't find the motivation to start. I want to read something, but I only get through a page or two before getting distracted, repeatedly. I want to do some chores, but end up feeling like passing out whenever I try to walk anywhere. Managed to bake some cookies yesterday, but now trying to eat anything is impossible. It's just exhausting when it feels like everything is constantly working against you.
