You’ll do fine. Since it’s small I would just take a couple of your popular flavors and keep it simple. This way you’re not overwhelmed and will be able to focus on what you will change next time

You’re going to do great! I would suggest a combination of a couple signature drinks and then also have a build your own option but using the most popular syrups.
