it was way overhyped and took me and my partner 50 minutes to get 2 bagels, then they came out wrong, bagel was dry and the butter wasn't that good either. Prices on the menu dont match up to what they charge you. its gonna be expensive but when i asked about the difference in price the manager tried to tell me it was the subtotal without taxes and then backtracked when I pointed out it was clearly not. he said he increased the price based on how they are busy, which is perfectly understandable but why the lie in the first place. very unorganized imo. and I seen a girl handle a bleach wipe woth gloves and without changing them handle a bagel. definitely would give it a minute to stabilize and improve before you go
