Yeah. but I mean, this also applies to women too. I know of women IRL who married a man primarily for efficiency purposes and because they wanted kids asap. They liked him *enough* to marry him, but he certainly wasn't their type, and they didn't love him. Many marriages throughout history were ones of convenience tbf. Marriages out of love are a modern luxury.
