A good cognitive neuroscientist could make absolute mincemeat of that. Are they recognizing “the” crime scene? Or “a” crime scene? Have they seen something similar on CSI or read something akin to it n a book? We’re just not there yet to be ready for court.

Ppl are being put under investigation and being prosecuted through social media platforms that has AI gov contracts for the way they think and not by what they do.
