there is a difference, but that difference is completely unnecessary after 60

as far as im concerned, getting over 122 Hz is literally useless since the human Eye cannot see faster than that

As a 360hz user on pc and 120hz on mobile, the diffrence is crazy. (dont even get me started on 60hz💔)

It’s not that it doesn’t add anything, it’s that it’s diminishing returns

60 fps is definitely viable. The most important factor however is having a stable framerate. unstable 110-130 if infinitely worse than fully stable 60.

Fps ≠ hz
But 60hz to 200hz is very big difference
After 200hz is not noticeable

Wait till you realise the human eye can only perceive up to 60fps. I got banned from loads of gaming company Instagrams for pointing this out.

Unless you’re doing something where the difference is actually meaningful (mostly high elo competitive games) It does NOT matter if you’re on 60hz or 120/144hz The difference so small and meaningless

I think what they mean is humans can't pause reality like you just did on that frame where you took your time to inspect a frozen moment in time, the brain is equipped with a biological frame gen if and when needed.

Yes, but a lot of elitest PC snobs neglect that if they use dynamic res to hit higher framerates it will lower the quality of each frame just to generate more of them. The jump from 30 to 60 is huge, 60 to 120 is noticeable, but each time you will noticed less of an improvement and it’s really about balancing what framerate your system can lock to and importantly maintain good frame pacing without variances making it feel choppy even if it’s hitting the target framerate. The whole bigger number always better is why frame generation is becoming a necessity and those aren’t even real frames. Find a balanced framerate, it will feel better longer term.
