Your water pump stops when the engine is off, so the coolant in the engine itself stays hot and the engine doesn’t down properly

I would js say "yes ik I ran the light I knew it could be dangerous but I had checked to make sure it was safe my engine was overheating and was about to explode if I hadn't gotten here any slower I will pay whatever ticket I have I understand what u did wrong I was just trying to keep myself and the bike safe"
