someone i know who has severe allergies - biggest symptom was eczema. maybe get him allergy tested. (if he hasn't already)

TRUST ME get allergen pillow cases and allergen mattress protector. Get an air purifier and put it next to your bed. Limit the products/ingredients you put on your face. I use vanicream products.

Best piece of advice is to go to a doctor and ask about Elidel or Protopic. I wasted so much money on random products for YEARS when it could’ve been a lot easier to get under control

I’m sure you’ve tried, but just in case, look into a hypochlorous acid spray! Super safe. Heals everything. Wounds, infections, eczema, acne. And then a moisturizer on top 🫶🏼

Honestly just go get a prescription. I refuse to suffer with eczema ever again. You’ll go broke trying to find a solution on your ow anyways. Whatever they prescribe you will clear it up in a couple days.
