there is nothing worse than being on wake up #7 before midnight and they just toss on over and fall back asleep. like youre literally crying and begging your baby to let you sleep. its like being a married, single mother.

I told him sometimes i just need you to reach out and hold my hand. I know you hear me get up with the baby. I know you hear my cries as silent as i try to make them. I don’t need you to jump out of bed and do a million things but just let me know you’re there and you see me. That’s all i need.

i moved out of our room into baby’s room bc it was hard getting up with him sleeping and i would just be mad all the time. i feel so much better and feel like i cAn actually get sleep. i don’t mind having her 24/7 it shows when she doesn’t want him .

Postpartum is the most lonely time in a woman's life imo. I've never felt more alone, & I have a good partner. There are just times when I struggle, which in turn causes us to struggle because I get angry.
