The first few steps had me thinking this was chicken pot pie. Swap out the gnocchi for peas and slap a pie crust on it and that’s what you’d have. This sounds delicious too.

Finally. I’ve done the crispy chicken skin for years on various dishes. Sometimes I’d leave them in “shards” to give aesthetics to a pot pie dish. But it’s an instant flavor booster for stuff normal people throw away or eat anyways
