I live in Canada I did my flagging course my instructor told us girls that he knew a guy he was foreman he placed a girl alone flagging on a road. He failed to check on her until he realized she wasn’t radio anyone, didn’t come for lunch, or washroom a guy sexually assaulted her and unlived her. Tossed her down an embankment. He found her it was her first day.
