Try applying straight through the company’s website when you can. Jobs posted on places like Indeed or LinkedIn tend to get tons of applicants. Also, don’t overlook part-time roles. They often lead to full-time opportunities. :)

Hey girl. I know it can be tiring but make sure you grab the key words from the job description and add it to your resume so that the AI bot they use doesn’t automatically reject you. I had my bf apply to a job at the bank I work and they rejected him and then I fixed up his resume and he applied a week after and they moved him to a second interview and he got the job. If you want I can share you the tips and tricks. I know how suffocating it can feel to look for jobs these days

Also for the timeline, I would say apply ASAP!! For the interviews I’ve gone recently I think it’s like the last batch before the new year!! I say that because the hiring managers told me that they are using November/early Dec for interviews so they can hire by late Dec/new year. also I don’t think the part time job is a bad idea! 💐

GIRL I’m like in a similar boat as u!!! I just graduated in May and i still don’t have my job in my field yet!! I also studied abroad in Spain two years ago and I miss it everyday!!! We r in this together. Something that helped me was hearing that procrastination leads to failure but at the end of the day we r our own super heroes. We got this somehow we’ll get through it
