@painacademy: Never do this unless you want less back pain. Most people with tight backs actually have weak legs. When the legs can’t support you, your lower back steps in and overworks itself until it’s tight, tired, and constantly irritated. This Airbench, also called a Wall Sit, teaches your lower body to stabilize your spine again. By strengthening the legs while your upper body relaxes, your nervous system learns a new pattern: the legs take the load so the back can finally let go. Lean into the wall. Walk your feet forward until your ankles land slightly in front of your knees. Relax your spine. Let your upper body slouch a bit. Palms up. Calm and strong at the same time. Hold for two minutes. This is one of many exercises inside my program designed to get you out of back pain for good.
