Idk if race played a factor but honestly it wouldn’t surprise me. I’ve come across my fair share of rude, emotionless and disrespectful nurses. With 5 boys and one of those boys who is in the hospital almost weekly since he was 5days old to now 8 yrs old with 3 forms of epilepsy and special needs. I can’t count how many times I’ve kicked nurses out and told them don’t come back. I feel if u r a nurse solely for the money then u need to learn to put on a better face and be more professional. I’ve also had nurses that were amazing and specifically ask for them when we have to come back because of the amazing care loving support they showed my child.
