Legally, he should be found guilty because he discharged his weapon against someone who was no longer a threat. If you are carrying a weapon you should know the laws of carrying that weapon, not your opinions of carrying that weapon.

We dont need to think anything. Watch the dash cam footage and if he was actively trying to get in and gets shot hes not guilty of murder. If the attacker was leaving getting back into his car then it was murder.

The clip of the man shooting if i'm not mistaken is from a dash cam footage of a florida driver shooting through his window after a man brandished a firearm out of a window.It is not from the actual incident in question

yea you cant shoot if theres no immediate danger. if it were during the swings at the window you be clear for sure. theres an argument that he feared that he was getting a gun from the car. but if he was in the car the counter argument would be why didnt you flee in the car.
