A thick, gooey chocolate chip cookie pie stuffed with Nutella and Oreos. Ingredients •    170g butter, browned (¾ cup) •    133g brown sugar (⅔ cup) •    50g granulated sugar (¼ cup) •    1 large egg •    15g double/heavy cream (1 tbsp) •    5g vanilla extract (1 tsp) •    240g plain/all-purpose flour (2 cups) •    3g baking soda (½ tsp) •    1.5g salt (¼ tsp) •    Chocolate chips (measure with your heart) •    Nutella, for the filling •    9 Oreos •    Extra chocolate, to decorate Method 1. Brown the butter, then allow it to cool slightly. Whisk together the browned butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and glossy. 2. Add the egg, cream and vanilla, then whisk until completely smooth. 3. Fold in the flour, baking soda and salt until just combined, then fold through the chocolate chips. 4. Line a round cake tin or pie dish. Press a little over half of the cookie dough evenly across the base and slightly up the sides. 5. Spread a generous layer of Nutella over the centre, leaving a small border around the edge. Arrange the 9 Oreos over the Nutella. 6. Flatten pieces of the remaining cookie dough and place over the top. Gently join the edges to seal the filling inside. Don’t worry if a little Nutella peeks through. 7. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 25–30 minutes, until golden on top and the centre is mostly set. 8. Leave to cool and set before slicing, then decorate with extra melted chocolate if you like. #secrettchef #baking #dessert #cookie #chocolate
