Yes I would prefer going under for 2 reasons not pain related.. 1. I cant sit still for more than an hour 2. I would want it completely finished in one appointment

Anesthesia is serious, getting it done by unqualified people or in a non hospital setting could be dangerous, not worth risk

no, getting the tattoo is the best part, great naps, it quiets your brain, lowers my heart rate and calms me. healing is the worst part and to wake up straight into that... nope
